Our Challenge.

scratch pad competes in the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) every year and each year we get to create an advertising campaign for a a special client. In the 2021/2022 school year, our client was Meta Quest 2. Meta Quest 2 challenged us to rebrand the device as an essential college item, challenging common misconceptions.

Our Solution.

We wanted to create a campaign that challenged the stigma around virtual reality and its headsets. Meta Quest 2 is a valuable commodity that can easily be incorporated in today’s digital world. The Pause & Play campaign illustrates Meta Quest 2’s relaxation and recreational benefits for everyday college students who have grown up as digital natives. Clearly, Meta Quest 2 has a place in the entertainment and social world.
